What do I do if they don’t fit or I don’t like the shoes when they arrive? |
| No problem. You may return any unworn shoes for exchange or a complete refund. Please return shoes in there original box with a short note of your wishes. |

Do I have to pay for the shipping back? |
| Yes, however if you are exchanging for another size or style, we will pay to ship the second pair to you. |

Do your shoes come in widths? |
| ECCO shoes are all European sized. In the design and construction, the shoes are made to be roomy in the toe area and snug in the instep and heel. Although we can not fit all feet, we do fit most. Narrow or wide. Please call us at 1 800 601 8120 for fitting advice. |

How long will it take to get my new Ecco Shoes? |
| We ship from our store in Columbus, Ohio. If your order is in stock it will ship the same day we receive the order up to 2:00 PM EST. If we have to order your shoes special from EccoUSA, it may take up to 10 business days. We do stock all styles on EccoPlace.com, however sometimes we may be missing a size. We will do our best to get your shoes to you as fast as we can. |
